Refund Policy

Dee-Licious Treats

At Dee-Licious Treats, LLC, every dessert is made fresh, crafted with excellence, and prepared with great care. Because our products are perishable and made-to-order, all sales are considered final. However, your satisfaction matters to us, and we always strive to provide a positive experience with every order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of baked goods and custom desserts:

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after an order has been picked up or delivered.

  • Once an item leaves our possession, we cannot accept responsibility for improper handling, storage, or transportation.

  • All cake orders require full payment upfront at the time the order is placed. This allows us to secure ingredients, reserve production time, and prepare your order with the care and excellence we’re known for.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are non-refundable, as preparation and production will have already begun.

  • Once production has started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of cancellation reason.

 Order Accuracy & Quality Concerns

If there is an issue with your order, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your item(s).

Examples of issues we can address:

  • A mistake made by us (wrong item, missing item, incorrect size)

  • A verifiable quality issue upon receiving the order

  1. Your name

  2. Order date

  3. Description of the issue

  4. Photos of the product (if applicable)

If the concern is confirmed, Dee-Licious Treats, LLC may offer:

  • A store credit

  • A partial credit

  • A replacement item (if appropriate and at our discretion)

Refunds are not guaranteed and are approved only after review.

 Custom & Specialty Orders

Custom cakes, large orders, and specialty desserts require time, ingredients, and labor specific to your request. For this reason:

  • No refunds will be issued on custom orders.

  • Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive store credit.

 Pickup & Delivery Policy

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order

  • Properly transporting and storing all desserts

  • Handling items with care after pickup/delivery

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Late pickups

  • Damage caused after pickup

  • Incorrect storage (melting, refrigeration failures, etc.)

Allergy Disclaimer

Our kitchen is not allergen-free. While we do our best to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, or soy.

No refunds will be issued for reactions related to disclosed allergens.
